For married couples or individuals. Includes Revocable Trust, Certification of Trust, Power(s) of Attorney (finances), Advance Health Care Directive(s)/Power of Attorney for Health Care, HIPAA Release(s), Pour Over Will(s) and Property Agreement (For Community Property States Only).  

WILL PACKAGE

For married couples or individuals. Includes Will(s), Power(s) of Attorney – Finances, Advance Health Care Directive(s)/Power(s) of Attorney for Health Care, and HIPAA Release(s). 

"POWER" PACKAGE

This includes Financial Power of Attorney, Advance Health Care Directives/Power of Attorney for Health Care, and HIPAA Release for one person. This is commonly used for children going away to college.

TRUST RESTATEMENT

Did you create a trust with another entity but are seeking a restatement? No problem. We are here to help!

ESTATE PLAN AMENDMENT

Available for returning clients who have previously completed a plan with us.

BUSINESS ASSIGNMENTS

This assigns a business interest to a trust for probate avoidance purposes.  

Real Property Deeds

This service includes pulling of the last recorded deed, deed preparation, and preparation of all state and county-specific documents. 

MOBILE NOTARY AND WITNESS SERVICES

For added convenience, we offer mobile notary and witness services. You can sign your documents in the comfort of your own home or preferred location. We strive to provide a smooth and hassle-free signing experience.

State-Specific Attorney Review Letter

When adding this service to your plan, an attorney in your state will review this document with all of your details provided and mark it as in good order in the context of all the information provided. An additional document will be added to your plan with that attorney's summary of their review and statement in good order. This is currently available for California and Texas-based plans only. 

State-Specific Attorney Review Letter And Phone Call

When adding this service to your plan, an attorney in your state will conduct a 30-minute Zoom Video call. After the Zoom call, if any material changes are made that would require an update to the documents and the Attorney Review Letter, the Attorney will notify us of the changes and update the Attorney Review Letter. The updated documents and letter will be completed within 5 business days. This is currently available for California and Texas-based plans only.
